 JFLOX- 200 ( Ofloxacin )is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting the bacterial DNA gyrase enzyme, which is essential for the replication and repair of bacterial DNA. Ofloxacin is effective against a wide range of bacteria, including gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.

Some common uses of ofloxacin include treating urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, skin infections, sexually transmitted infections, and gastrointestinal infections. It is typically taken orally as tablets or solution, or given as an injection in more serious cases.
